Nutritional therapy philosophy centers on the idea that real health can be achieved through a holistic and individualized approach to nutrition and lifestyle. Our Nutritional Therapist, Elizabeth believes in a foundational, holistic approach that focuses on the importance of a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole food diet paired with a well-balanced lifestyle.
Step One - Schedule an Assessment
To get started with individual nutritional therapy, you'll need to schedule an assessment first. This is a 45-minute appointment where you'll go over intake forms completed prior to the assessment.
Step Two - Complete Intake Forms
Upon booking your assessment, you'll be added to a separate system called Nutri-Q. This is where forms will be completed online prior to your assessment.
Step Three - Create Action Plan
Meet with Elizabeth to go over your intake and decide a check-in frequency that works for you. At this point, your individual plan will be created.
