gentle evening yoga

Dates: Every Tuesday at 6pm (beginning June 6th)

Drop-in: $25 

Come connect to the body and breath in a gentle way to support your nervous system, find relief from general aches and pains, and take a moment to let go and relax. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.

Total Body workout

Dates: Every Thursday at 6pm (beginning June 1st)

Drop-in: $25 

Rise to the occasion and elevate through HIIT, endurance training, muscle toning, mobility training, and more. This class supports the goals of all levels with the intention of improving your best self. All levels of experience are welcome.

Not a question, but a statement! This all-encompassing and invigorating 60-minute full-body workout focuses on getting you in the best shape of your life through strength training, cardio, conditioning, core training, and mental fitness. Find harmony with your grit and your health in this class both indoors and outdoors! All levels of experience are welcome. 

outdoor morning yoga

Where: Point Ruston Splash Pad

Dates: Every Saturday at 9am (beginning July1st)

Drop-in: $25 

Join us for a Vinyasa style yoga class! The class will take place out the splash pad (water will not be on) down at Point Ruston directly between the Silver Cloud Hotel and Wild Fin Restaurant, where we can all take in the beautiful water view. Drop-in is $25 but there are class pass options, pre-registration preferred but drop-ins are accepted, and pending weather. All levels of experience are welcome.

FREE Community Yoga at Waterfront market

Where: Waterfront Market at Ruston

Dates: Every Tuesday at 12 pm

Free Class (bring your own mat and invite a friend!)

candlelight restorative yoga

Nourish the Body * Calm the Mind * Lift the Spirit
Peace surrounds you. The postures coax the body to heal on all levels. Gentle music and candlelight soothe the soul. Comfortable poses and the longer holds of Restorative Yoga release tension and discomfort, bringing your body toward greater comfort and wellness. Each posture is chosen to encourage healing on all levels, releasing stress. This promotes mental clarity, emotional balance and nourishment for your whole being.

During our time together you will be encouraged, and given the space to, slow down, breathe deeply and be present for yourself with compassion.

restorative yoga & sound bath

Join us for a special Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath at Grit City featuring live cello & singing by Karen Laura Peters! This workshop will focus on nourishing and calming our minds and bodies. In restorative yoga, we use props to rest in a sequence of poses for an extended period of time. This practice can be beneficial for relaxing the body, boosting immunity, balancing the nervous system and improving mobility and flexibility. Everybody is welcome!
