Tacoma yoga classes

Yoga is an ancient practice with many approaches. Our expert instructors help people of all backgrounds and skill levels engage with various yoga formats, always with one goal in mind. Not flexibility. Not mastering poses. Not building core strength. Our aim is always love. To help you appreciate and be more in touch with the body you're in. Our Tacoma Yoga class schedule changes on a rotating basis, but here's a sampling of what we offer.

Private yoga instruction

In an ideal world, every yoga class would provide one-on-one guidance to help you unlock the potential of each technique. Unfortunately, that's just not possible. Private instruction can help you get more out of your yoga practice and make group classes more enjoyable.
