SERIES STARTING IN February & March

Pilates Sculpt

  • Start Date: Monday, February 14th, 2022
  • Classes: Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00-11:15 AM
  • All Fitness Levels

Pilates focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance in the body along with strength and flexibility in the back and spine. Attention is given to executing Pilates mat exercises with proper form, alignment and focus on the mind/body connection. 

This 5-week series offers a full-body workout to build muscle endurance and strength to maintain functional movement. We will incorporate light weights, bands and isolation balls to target specific muscles and progressively build strength. Each week we will add new moves to challenge the body and core.

Functional strength

  • Start Date: Tuesday, February 15th, 2022
  • Classes: Tuesdays / Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm
  • All fitness levels. 

Join us for 5 weekly sessions where we learn to create a mindfulness routine you can actually stick to. Using powerful Vinyasa yoga, we will spend 45 minutes of our session moving and energizing our bodies, and the other portion learning how to effectively incorporate mindfulness and wellness into our daily routine. If you’ve been needing a kick in the pants, this series is for you. Reset your routine and connect mind, body and spirit. Learn how yoga and its philosophy can help you go after your biggest goals and live in your most authentic way.

Bring: comfy clothes to move in, water and a journal for notes

We will cover:

  • Weekly introspection, setting up your week intentionally
  • Find a daily mindfulness routine that works for you
  • Learn to connect mind, body, spirit
  • Mindful movement with powerful vinyasa flows

Full BODY BOOTCAMP 2

  • Classes: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 AM
  • All Fitness Levels

Enjoyed our Bootcamp series? Then join us for another 5 weeks of Full Body workouts to continue building strength and aerobic endurance. Our Bootcamp 2 sessions will still provide a challenging HIIT workout with the addition of weights. We’ll utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls and resistance bands to challenge the body, along with intense HIIT workouts for increased metabolic conditioning.

The Full Body Bootcamp is designed for beginner to advanced students. Together in this small class, we will arrive to meet our personal goals while supporting one another in the successful completion of a HIIT workout. We will begin our day feeling accomplished, successful, and ready to tackle the next personal or professional goal.

HIIT workouts are very effective given many of the following fitness benefits:
